Popcorn Crunch
This recipe came from a book on Honey Recipes that Harold and Janice Donley bought at a farm market in Virginia on the way home from visiting their son, Ed when he taught at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup mild honey
3qts popped corn
1 cup peanuts
Blend butter and honey. Heat until well blended. (You can use microwave).
Pour over popcorn nut mixture. Mix well. Spread in thin layer over cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until crisp. Remove JUST as it begins to brown.
